History in the Making "2008" and it's leaving me stumped....

Here I sit with only 1 1/2 hours to go before I leave my place of employment to venture out to those extremely long lines at the voting polls. For the first time ever I am still pondering on who to cast my vote. Never before have I had such mixed feelings about the presidential election as I have this one. The entire election and the candidates...their opinions and views on what "WE" the Amercian People need are so controversial. Both of the Candidates have good and bad views and it makes this election so much more complicated. I worry about our troops fighting overseas, I worry about health insurance and our economy. But, which person is the best to deal with all issues not just one or two. Who is really going to bring good "Change" to America?

On the one hand we have a very well education African American running for the presidential seat and a experienced running mate. But, on the other hand we have an Elderly Experienced man with a middle age woman running mate.

I just sigh and say, "Oh brother...what do I do?"

I guess my worries and my analytical back ground have me stumped for the most. I also have great fears for Obama's safety, I am worried about those that are against african americans...and then I fear if McCain's health takes a turn that we end up with Palin as our leader.

I am a 44 year old woman and I know for a fact that we mid life peri-menopausal women are in no condition to be in a position such as the President of the United States of America. The mood swings, hot flashes just to name a few that come along with our age due to the hormonal dysfunction is enough to end the world for all of us. Come on...aren't there others out there that owrry about that? I mean, really a woman is strong however, we have a lot on our plates already. With raising a family, working full time trying to survive our economic crunch. I guess I am speaking for myself here and being completely honest... I would not make a good president because I know how unpredictible a mid life woman can be.

So, as I ponder with only 1 hour left before I head to the polls today... to honor my right to vote... I am beginning to think that maybe we are doomed either way with the results of this election.... I have to say...I'm still undecided. I think maybe I'll play a short game of pin the tail on the donkey as I vote today.

How many of you are also undecided?
