Spinach and artichoke dip this combination creates an incredibly delicious dip! You can bake it in the oven or if you need the oven for something else that needs baking you can cook it in the crockpot.
Ingredients
1-12 ounce packages frozen spinach (thawed)
1 cup artichokes (drained and cleaned)
1 cup of sour cream
1 /2 cup of margarine or butter
1 Tablespoon of onion powder
1 Tablespoon of garlic powder
1 Tablespoon of cayenne pepper
1 cup of finely grated Mozzarella cheese
1 cup of finely grated sharp cheese
1 cup of parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, combine all ingredients in a 9X9 casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes.
You can also cook in the crockpot for 1 hour if you prefer.
Place the dip in a warm bread bowl or in a serving dish surrounded by pieces of bread or vegetables and enjoy!
