The key to life
In constant strife
And stubborn exposure
To stress and strain
Again and again,
Is sweet composure.
Ah, but how can we
Advisedly flee
From tension that
Presses so much
That we, as such,
May not combat?
No matter what,
Life that is fraught
With problems galore,
May not be apt
To fully adapt
To life as before.
Like a poem in rhyme
Life's rhythm is such:
One step at a time,
Can help us so much !
