Fast track to weight loss: How to lose weight in a hurry

Losing weight must not be done in record time. Because if you lose weight fast (ie. by fasting, over-exercising, etc), once you stop this routine you will gain the weight back twice as fast. So this is an ineffective way.

The best way to lose weight is slow and gradual. Losing weight is a process, and one must embrace a healthy lifestyle and attitude in order to lose weight successfully. Perhaps you could start by getting rid of your vices (ie. smoking, drinking excessively, binge eating, snacking, etc) and start adopting a healthy diet with lots of vegetables, fresh fruits, moderate amount of meat (white meat is best for weight loss, but red meat is recommended for your iron intake, so take both), dairy and lots of fibre to ensure that your digestive tracts are functioning properly. Once this area is taken care of, then you should consider squeezing in some exercise time, three times weekly at the least. This could be a 30-minute jog, or yoga, aerobics, swimming, etc. As long as you move your body and burn calories.

I guarantee that you will lose weight if you start adopting a routine of eating sensibly and exercising regularly. Crash dieting is a no-no and will get you no where. By this does not mean that you should become a hermit and avoid parties, drinking, etc. You could still do all of that, just remember that moderation is the key. A glass of wine once or twice a week won't kill you. Make sure that you live life, be happy and healthy. You're bound to lose weight this way.
