Thank you my friend for your unconditional giving
Waking me up so I can start my day
Without your help, I couldnt make a living
When Im cold, you warm me up
Inside and out, my shivers dissapear
With just a few sips from your cup
Just having you there by my side
Keeps me working through the day
And you are always ready for the ride
You let me top you with sugar and cream
Making it all the sweeter
Stirring you together as a team
I hope you never go away my dear coffee
For if you do, I am afraid to say
I will have to replace you with a cup of tea!

I come in from the rainy street with water dripping from
The brim of my hat
Miserable and cold, I feel disoriented for a moment
