Who's the best 2008 candidate for fighting global warming?

Stop burning fossil fuels, end of debate! Obama has the diplomatic skills required to bring global warming to attention of people who need to know. Brock Obama can and will lead America to less dependence on fossil fuels and lead in the new era of renewable energy. Drill, baby drill. What is that going to do the earth, to poke more holes in it and drain some oil out. The climate is a real thing, it is not something made up by some mad scientist hoping to turn us all into a bunch of social communistic robonerds who hate money. Climate change is happening, it has been happening for about 100 years, man made climate change is real and it is harming the environment. So drill, baby drill can mean only one thing, burning more fossil fuels. That Does not help. O yea I know, you wanna drive your car around to buy stuff and make sure you can haul half the store away in case of the need to purchase some huge object that will fill up you truck/passenger/luxury car that get a -4 mpg. Just to build the dam thing took enough fossil fuels to drive a thousand miles in a sane car, let alone ship it to where you are, so you can spend all your hard earned dollars on a climate polluting vehicle.

Truth, we have the technology to go green now, but guess what we are not going to do, Why? Because no body cares about the climate, hell most people do not even know what the climate is let alone be able to understand that a billion people insisting on driving huge gas guzzling vehicles could have any effect at all on the "climate?". So the first thing to do is not to vote in anybody who is going to make sure the oil companys keep making record profits. Vote in somebody who will do something about the climate.

Bush made the climate worse, he did, everyone knows this. So that should give you a clue to who is the best candidate to vote into office, be it local, state, or national. Pay close attention to what they say and what they do. But, really the first thing we have to do as voters is to vote with our gas tanks, that will get the politician's paying more attention to the people. The hope is of course that some of us will take the time to study global climate change and how it relates to earth, our lives.

Will the oceans raising effect you, will droughts hurt the market, will people die and suffer because of climate change caused by the burning of fossil fuels. To Late, all that has already happened and is getting worse quicker than even the most crazed liberal scientist ever predidct. CLimate change is real , it is here and it is happening. How do we change it, duh! Stop burning fossil fuels, end of debate.
