Poetry: Emotional wounds

Haunted

It appears to have been just a nightmare, but when I awake reality is stirring me right in the eye; showing me how You were always so unfair.

Hate is such an unmindful word to me, because what I feel towards you as far as emotions goes can't be described in words; I just wish too have had a thousand swords.

Truly I hurt from all your verbal abuse, I hurt because you have mentally scarred me, and I hurt because you physically hindered my ability to be sociable; the reason I hurt is because I'm haunted by the fact You never showed me that I was LOVEABLE!
