And the wind
rushes past me
brushes my skin with silken breathe,
invigorating me,
Twirls my hair in sudden gasps,
lifting crispen, golden leaves,
we dance together,
invigorating me,
Oh,
I am Alive.
The stream washes me
flushing over and through me,
refreshing my very soul.
Rolls upon my skin
with icey fingers, to cool
invigorating me,
thank God i am Alive.
And as i walk the distance home,
my mind is coloured, by life
my soul is whole, with love
my spirit is light, with cheer
and my world,
is Alive.
