I long to set you free
But at the moment you're the only part of me
The only part that feels
My heart's continual ordeals
I face a black hole, full of despair
If I fell in, would anyone care
I turn now and face the sun
And feel my skin glisten
I feel reborn and full of fire
I deserve a heart full of desire
I resolve now to despair no more
And to create a life that I will adore
There is a life out there for me
Even though my melancholy would disagree
I will return, you won't win
I'll throw depression in the bin
I am strong, I am ME
I am on a journey of recovery
