Winters Night Song
Listen now, be still to hear,
Winters lovely night song, draws near,
Soft and lightly the song begins,
As if it is a singing a church's hymn,
Look and see the melody play,
As the snow flakes drift and softly sway,
They play their song so softy sweet
As their movements play the melody's beat,
To and fro and up and down,
They drift in their music till they reach the ground,
Joined as one on the ground they sing,
The song of solitude as together they cling,
Listen; listen, to the harmony they sing,
This is the wintry night song the snowflakes bring,

Poetry: Winter nights
Winter nights can never come
without the thought of you
The way you looked, the way you felt,
in the cold, just me and
by Cathy Wilson
On a cold winter night.
Tears steamed down my face,
on a cold winter night,
My heart was empty, my vision dim,
on a cold
by Jeff Law
Winter night-
In the cold and dark I see your light
With you in my vision I feel no fright
With you I can see clearly, you
Peaking through the frosted window
at the softly falling snow.
In the fireplace, the fire dances it's light,
and spreads
when the snow spread reaching the earth
she knew back the meaning of the word love
and brought her to the other hemisphere
