Sarah Palin is not nor will she ever be qualified to be Vice President of the United States of America.

When asked by a third grader via an interviewer what the job of Vice President was, she gave the wrong answer. Her idea of foreign policy is to explain to us that she can see Russia from Alaska. She had to wait for McCain before asking Ted Stevens to resign his senatorial post in Alaska. She waited almost a full day.

Sarah Palin is another very conservative dullard, very much of the same ilk as George Bush, and sure, while she seems pleasant enough and we might want to sit and chat with her about the weather or have her bake us some cookies( and no I am not being sexist, there are plenty of women far more qualified for this position), we cannot vote for someone because they seem like a friend or a parent.

A great many people voted for George Bush because he seems like the guy they could have a beer with. This kind of stupidity is why our economy is in the gutter, why someone like Ted Stevens will get a 122,000 dollar state pension even after being convicted of accepting over 250,000 dollars in gifts from someone in the oil industry, why we are in a war that is looking and feeling more like Vietnam everyday, and why our soldiers are not home, except for some being redeployed to sit amongst our communities in case of emergency, and why our civil rights were violated in order to protect us from terrorists, the same terrorists the Bush family and Dick Cheney have been doing business with for over two decades.

Sarah Palin is the same kind of person, the same type of mentality, and this mentality has clearly, through real world example, failed this great nation. This type of thinking, when exhibited by a leader of the most powerful nation on Earth, has the world disenfranchised with the U.S.A.

Bush is still committing errors( the attack on Syria the latest), as though he wants the White House and the title of President to be sullied to the point that no one can bring respect back to the title of President.

John McCain is an old man. And there is nothing wrong with that in and of itself, but at 72 years of age, we can at least ask him to pick a suitable replacement, just in case nature decides to take John away, through the natural ebb and flow of time.

Picking a good vice president would have shown the clear judgement of the 2000 era McCain, who was crippled by the same tactis that he is using on Barrack Obama right now, tactics used on him by George Bush.
