This world we live in is governed by natural laws. The laws of physics, the laws of thermodynamics, and the the laws enforced by government are just a few examples. But there is a law oft forgotten: Murphy's law. we live in a day and age when it seems as though this is the true governing law. crimes are abundant, and to many, law enforcement is nonexistent or ineffective. Bread falls and hits the floor butter side down. Even the free market economy, a bastion of the triumph of capitalism, is in serious joepardy. The US falls further into debt, and the polar ice caps are slowly melting. With all the disparity around us, we cannot rule out the possibility of a nuclear holocaust. I believe the US is in terrible danger of a nuclear attack due to the weaknesses we have brought upon ourselves.

The US is internally weak right now. our borders are constantly assaulted with illegals, whether they be from Mexico or Canada. There are sections of the border in Arizona and New Mexico that aren't even patrolled regularly. the border patrol leave click lights attached to the fence so that illegals can signal for help! If there is two things the US should have learned from 9/11, they should be

a-terrorists may be evil, but they are very resourceful

b-we need to stay on alert at all times

Recently, we have not been, especially in the minor details. I have heard stories of people getting items confiscated at airprts, only to see the security people discarding them into a blue bin! do they know what is in that bottle? No, they don't! and half the time, the bin is not payed attention to. You could just walk over and take back the potentially lethal substance. I do not believe Iran will fire a nuke at us, or even Russia or North Korea. If it happens, it will be a complete accident. one country misreads the other, fires a nuke, and the target retaliates. It is possible, but only slightly.

No, I believe that the way we will be nuked is by some fanatic who is able to sneak in through the border. It is likely that he would be a supporter of Iran, or North Korea whom is a native born South American. He will sneak across with the nuclear device, travel to a major city, and detonate it. this strike can easily be coordinated, perhaps thru coded conversation.

America needs to wake up! A nuclear strike is on its way as sure as winter comes before spring. We need to secure our borders, destroy the majority of our nukes, and make sure other countries do as well. The ability to destroy the world six times over is a power that no man should have! After all, anything that can go wrong will go wrong.
