I must be lost

I don't know where I am

Where did you go?

I looked behind me and you were gone

Maybe you're in front of me

No, that can't be right

I was always the one who led

Led you straight into my bed

Or was that you...I can't remember

Oh, it doesn't matter

Confusing thoughts all in a jumble

You're the only one who can make me humble

Maybe I should just leave you behind

It's fine, I can take it all in stride

Don't need you to validate me

I can do that myself

With empty lies, so heartfelt

I thought you were with me

But maybe behind me is close enough.
