The Legal Profession is constantly growing. The number of Attorneys throughout the United States has nearly tripled within the past thirty years. There are some excellent Law Schools to chose from if you are considering a career in the Legal field.

Georgetown Law School is located on 600 New Jersey Avenue, Washington DC. Georgetown has along history which dates back to 1870. In addition, the University has strong Roman Catholic roots. The Law Program is an intense course of academic study and interaction with other Law Students and Instructors. Eb Williams Law Library is the main campus library open to all Law Students. The students also have an opportunity to participate in mock trials to gain court room experience while still in the classroom. Fordham University is located on 140 West 62nd Street, New York NY. Fordham University is located in Lincoln Center, it is considered one of the top Law Schools within the United States. Admission requirements are strict, students are expected to perform academically as well as attend Law Seminars and Research Development programs. University of Chicago School Of Law. The University has been providing an exceptional law program to qualified students for over 100 years. Edwin F. Mandel, is the Head of the Legal Aid Clinic. All students are required to participate in Research and Development programs. The University of Chicago has published six Law related Professional Journals. Campus tours are available by appointment only.

Duke University School of Law is located on Science Drive, Durham, NC. Duke University first opened in 1927, the first Law School Graduating class was in 1930. Duke has one of the strongest and highly accredited Law Schools in the nation. In 2008, the University underwent a Re-accreditation process. Duke has the highest New York Bar Exam pass rate. The Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy, is a new Law Journal at the school which was founded by members of the 2006 Graduating class. Professor Ernest Young, served as one of the Law Journal's Faculty Advisors.

The Washington University School of Law is located in St. Louis MO. Washington University is a world renowned University, which distinguishes itself by its devotion to the total professional and personal development of its students. In addition, the school has one of top ranked Trial and Advocacy program. The Law professors at Washington University do their best to provide a supportive learning environment for all students. It is important to make informed choices when choosing a Law school. All of the schools that I discussed have excellent programs in the area of law. It is up to the student to decide which school would best suit their needs and ambitions
