My Spiritual Garden
There is a place one can run to
free from all care
a place of rest.
Are you aware dearheart there is a Hiding Place?

Thou are my Hiding Place;
Thou shalt preserve me from
Trouble; thou shalt compass me
about with songs of deliverance
Psalm 32:7

Did you know I was given a lovely garden?
It surprisingly blooms all year round
as you enter the gate you'll be amazed

at the exquisite perfection that is found.

The bubbling brook or the song of a bird
is the only sound that is heard.
It would seem, they were painted by an artistic hand
glorious colors that one found
hues of vivid flowers that were strewn all around
and yet, there was an ethereal beauty that astounds.

To insure seclusion away from all intruders
there stood many giant trees, as if sentinels surround.
This is my favorite "Hiding Place"
where you will find that serenity abounds.

Perhaps, I am describing a dream, I have dreamt.
Are you thinking is there such a place could it be true;
Or am I speaking of a utopia or a shangril-la
after you have thought the whole matter through.
In this world where confusion seems to reign
anyone would yearn for such a place to run to.
Set apart, a private tranquil place one could rest
exclusively yours, free of anxiety created just for you.
You will see, this special abode truly exist
the answer to the riddle is in the Creator,
I have been there so I will have to insist.
Once you have met the gardener, you will have the key
when you are given your special garden you'll never resist
going there often to get refreshed from the stress of this life.

The Lord, Himself, has prepared a garden especially for me
where He is able to supply all my needs.
He has promised to set my weary heart free
from the hassle of life, when I Him meet each day.
By my side, He has promised always to be
therefore I never have to walk in darkness,
as I walk each day with my Master.
I share my innermost secrets with Him
as we spend this time together, I am aware
of the great love and fellowship we share.
When I tell Him of my sorrow His heart feels my despair.
He tells me not to worry for He truly understands
that all my burdens He will gladly share.
Trust in Me, my child, I shall solve all your problems.
His love and compassion surrounded me beyond compare
with His renewing strength and comfort I am at rest.

The gardener is Yahshua one can plainly see
when you accept Him as Lord, He will give you a key.
There is nothing special about me;
His love is so awesome it encompasses all mankind.
He will give you life more abundantly
empowering you
