Thank you, my love, for being there for me
with your warm hand, your loving embrace, I feel complete.
You give me your smile so effortlessly,
without hesitation or demands.
Thank you, my love, for your friendship
and laughing at my jokes.
Our relationship has the small and the big stuff,
and you're terrific with both.
Thank you, my love, for your care and sympathy,
sometimes I need it.
I hope I reciprocate it for you
and show you my support and compassion.
Thank you, my love, for our disagreements.
Every relationship has them.
But you're tolerant, patient, understanding, and logical,
making our disputes few and easy.
Thank you, my love, that's all I can say.
Thank you, my love, just for loving me.
