Sitting on your lawn chair on a hot, sunny day, what else is better to quench your thirst than your own home made cup of iced coffee. There is no need to get in your car and drive down the the nearest Tim Hortons.
First off, grab a blender, milk, vanilla ice cream, ice cubes and either coffee syrup or actual ground up coffee beans. Depending on how many cups you wish to make, the amount of the ingredients differ.
Put about five or six ice cubes into the blender with about half a cup of milk. Blend for a couple of seconds and then add around a heaping tablespoon of ice cream and about a teaspoon of coffee. Blend these all together until the mixture is smooth. Taste the mixture and add more of any of the ingredients if needed for amount or taste.
This is an easy way to create an amazing cool, refreshing drink in the hot swealtering months!
