Poetry: On love

by Angela Cheadle

Created on: October 25, 2008

Disease

When falling in love

You will know

But for all the wrong reasons

That I only know

And then "Oh Wait!"

It's calm and quiet

You sit there and think

About how to start a riot

Then you switch again

Into Mr. sophisticated

Where you know it all

But no one appreciates it

Why should we live by the

Sordid society rules?

When we should live for ourselves

Not for what we do.

We are who we are

Even if your you

Although you should change

But we all know you're a fool.
