Is there a Diet Pill that works?

For those of us that wish to lose weight, but don't fancy running around like a loony in the gym, cringing everytime we look at a chocolate bar, or getting fed up by looking at lettuce leaves on our plate every day, we may turn to diet pills. However, with all of these so called miracle cures that have been proven do not work, is there a diet pill that works out there? Well, this is my journey, and I hope you have fun reading!

One "diet pill that works" that I want to mention is Laminaria Extract. Again, like thousands of others out there, both men and women, I typed into a internet search engine, "diet pill that works" and came acorss a web site that was talking about this miracle cure called Laminaria Extract. From what I could make out, from the clips in the forum that I read, it can help you to lose weight, as long as you do not change your normal diet pattern, but drink lots of water. It also claimed, from those that have used it, that you literally watch the weight falling off you in a matter of days. "Great," I thought, "finally, I have come across a diet pill that works!" I got my credit card out, paid about thirty pounds for three months supply, and waited. And waited. And waited. I'm not one hundred percent sure where they were being shipped from, but seeing as I live in the UK, and everything normally appears on my doorstep in a matter of days, two weeks later, when they had still not arrived, I was getting a tad shirty! After two and a half weeks, they arrived, and I had another peek on the internet, and others had reported the same sort of shipping times, in various parts of the world.

With your tablets, that come in a small sealed bag, you get a username and a password that you need in order to log on to the site and find out the correct doseage, which was one daily with breakfast. I took one pill every morning with my toast and cup of tea and waited. And waited. And waited. One month later, and I had put on weight. I was drinking lots of water, as it said, but I decided to up the water intake and ended up drinking so much water, I was on the toilet every fifteen minutes. I perservered, however, and two months later, I still hadn't lost any weight. I am not massively overweight, I just wanted to lose a stone or so, which, from the accounts that I read on the net, happened fairly quickly. Well, it never happened, and I kept fluctuating between 12 stone 5 and 12 stone 7. I upped the tablets to two per day with breakfast
