Poetry: From me to him

by Giselle Rivera

Created on: October 25, 2008

Wrapped in sweat, tears and

pain...

this is from me to you.

Embedded with lust and fear,

I embroidered the trims,

and

tied the knots.

Initialed and entrusted

I sent it...

overseas and

through the mists,

into the right hands.

"Fragile."

"Open with care."

it says...

but,

it shatters upon your touch

This is from me to you

for it speaks for itself.

"Unsigned"
