Senator Obama, with his polished looks and calm demeanor takes the stage and rallies thousands of people to his cause. People cheer and seem almost dazed by his presence. His words flow with ease as he weaves a tale of promises and change. To many, they see more than just a man, they see hope for themselves and for the first time feel the comfort of equality. Perhaps he is a Messiah. Perhaps not. While many fall under Obamas hypnotic spell, almost confusing him with the late, great Dr. Martin Luther King others question if he is all that the media make him out to be.
On August 21, 2008 a lawsuit was filed by Philip J. Berg in the Eastern District court of Pennsylvania against Barack Obama, the Democratic National Committee and the Federal Elections Commission. Like John McCain, you would think Senator Obama would be more than happy to go to court with the appropriate paperwork to prove his innocence. He did not. If fact, he and the Democratic National Committee have not only NOT produced the paperwork, they have hired a lawyer and filed several motions to dismiss the case. Makes you wonder why doesn't it?
While Obama was fairly certain the media would not cover the case he was fearful likely voters might change their minds if this issue did come to light The Obama campaign was quick to post a certificate of live birth from Hawaii on his fight the smears website. unfortunately this is a certificate of live birth and NOT a
