A carcass smell makes me pause in this Death Valley.
I need to find the one who's alive.
All the zombies playing a role
they saw on TV;
Trying to tear me apart.
And all I can hear
are moans complaining
about the me I can't recognize.
The nails scraping my skin
clench my jaw, grab my ears.
I don't notice the pain,
just the cool rain
in Death Valley,
eating away at the fake flesh.
When it's washed away,
I'll find you alive.
