Misty
for she that laughs
takes a patch of gray sky
from my rain colored halo
of low hanging clouded hue
and makes it turn chameleon
into a rainbow
for she that flows
her sun-lit pure water
through murky rivers I travel
without me pointing the way
just gliding with the wind
she always finds them
for she that finds
lost treasures in her eyes
buried under anchored hearts
and with her smile that restores
fractured angel wings, makes them fluter
her truth can set them free
for she that touches
wounded heartstrings gone weary
and frayed come back to life
from the blooming rose that
becomes her face every time
she smiles or laughs
misty morning sunrise
awakening butterflies
is her purpose all the time
and for she that laughs
is truly blessed by those like me
who awaken in her eyes....
