Poetry: The heart of tears

by Natalie Jones

Created on: October 24, 2008   Last Updated: March 28, 2011

Heartbroken.

When love and hope do fall apart,

we do not know if soul or heart?,

does it hurt us when these break,

we feel as if were not awake.

Do we tire and forget our love,

forget the wonder of our love,

does it not hurt us when these break?,

we feel as if were not awake.

Does it hurt when over?,

does it hurt forever?,

does the memories last forever?,

hurting us when were not awake.
