Poetry: Worship

by Hina Aijaz Memon

Created on: October 24, 2008

Silence all around me,
i bent myself to thee,

when i whisper slowly,
to get to the holy,

my voice containing so pain,
perhaps requests are not vain,

i ponder and prejudice,
but my lord could justify,

i feel god all around me,
protects, helps and gives opportunities,

forget myself and bow with tears,
refrain me from sins, i hold fears,

my prayers would be accepted so soon,
got believe on the day of doom,

worship indeed a stature,
thus we all are lords creature!
