Comforting always, smiling bright,
Killing darkness, igniting light,
Quietly leading, gentle touch,
Expecting little, giving much.
Playfully teasing, humouring us,
Creating moments, with little fuss.
Peacefully mediating family strife,

Indulging my whimsies, letting them slide by,
Daddy I love you! You're my favourite guy!
