My cat Armani, who is now 2 years old, amuses me immensely. When I first got Armani as a 5 month old kitten I knew he was going to be a little trouble maker.
Who would ever think that cats like bones? I thought that was a dogs' characteristic, but boy was I wrong. Every time after I ate anything with bones in it, like chicken wings, Armani would sneak up on me, grab a chicken bone and dash off. In fear of him choking on it, I would chase him around the entire house for it. Come to think of it, he probably just wanted to play chase with me. How peculiar.
Another humurous moment was when I was home alone and I heard a rattle in my bedroom. I slowly walked into my room, "Armani?" I said. There was no sight of him. I stood there a few minutes until I heard the noise again. When I noticed it was coming from my closet I scanned every corner of it, but still I couldn't find him. Then I noticed a slight glare and realized Armani had clawwed up one of my dress shirts and was sitting on the hangers that hung up the clothes. Clearly, he didn't have much balance, so I was surprised to see him up there.
When he noticed me watching him he tried to walk across the shirts. It was quite amusing to watch him realize that he wasn't going to be very successful at whatever he was trying to accomplish. Eventually, his Superior balance gave way and he fell to the ground. Don't worry, it wasn't a far fall.
Now I'll look to Armani to give me some giggles when I need a picker upper.
