Poetry: From me to him

by Catherine Thomas

Created on: October 23, 2008

Without Regret.

I love as much as any one person can at this moment in time
There is no expectations of a permanent future
I am void of visions with sorrow
There are only joyful moments today and tomorrow
Time stands still bit by bit
Each time we grab a hold of it
The moments we share that are ours alone,
fills the gap of the unknown
There is no doubt that it could be more
Only time and circumstance will open that door
And if it should happen that it is not to be
I don't believe there will be any regrets for me.
The exchange is rich and complete
Every time we meet.
