Someday I'll see the face of Yahshua/Jesus
Someday I'll be with the lover of my soul
As the deer pants for the water book
So my soul pants for thee, Oh Lord

The day He came into my life
He turned my winter into Spring
So much joy, such peace and love
He gave me a brand new song to sing

My faltering feet, the firmer grew
And darkening skies turned into blue
My heart grew lighter, all the while

When I looked, I saw Him smile
I heard His voice declare
Look love abounds tis everywhere
My love sustains you come what may
Reach out and touch Me
And you shall see
Complete rest for your soul
My blood has purchased victory for you
I heard the countless voices sing
I heard celestial echoes ring
I raised my eyes, and all was fair
For those I loved, and lost were there
Home at last, I have run my race

Lord, You are so wondrous, so fair
I have no words big enough to declare
My gratitude to You, for all You have done
No praise, no anthems that I sung
Could express all that is in my heart
You were always Faithful, True from the start
Amazing Grace how sweet the sound
Now seeing You Face to Face astounds
I have one more request, my Lord to make
Those left behind, embrace them for me and take
Special care of my family for your name's sake

He looked at me with such tenderness, "Have I not
Always taken special care of you, my son"?

"Yes, Lord," I replied.

"I will know every step that they will take.
Beloved Child, every tear that will be shed.
When they are unable to walk, I, personally
will carry them. I have promised not to leave
them nor forsake them. One day I shall wipe
all their tears away. Soon I am coming for my
bride and you and I will welcome them home, my child"!
