Are you kidding me. They must have had me in mind when they decided to put this article up here. I am 24 and when I look at the youth, and that means some of my generation and those that are younger, I feel sick. Kids these days sit on their fat asses and watch television. Where has American youth gone? I see kids hitting their parents, fat kids whining and carrying on until their pathetic parents give in and give them another candy covered apple. Well at least they are eating apples right? No you candy ass, they are eating fattening food, and by the time they are 20 they will have a complex because they were called fat their entire lives by their schoolmates. Then people go and say, oh the kids these days are so mean. No! They have always been the same. Kids will always pick on the unfortunate, the dork who wears 3 inch glasses, the fatty who eats candy bars for lunch, and the weakling who falls down scrapes his knee and has to go home because, oh lord, he shed a drop of blood. This generation is lost.

There is a simply solution to your kid getting picked on. Stop playing video games and go outside, their eyes will work better, their fat will fall off, and they will get hurt. No one wants their kid to get hurt, but it builds character and teaches them to be tough. Your kid will have a much better life if he has a tough skin both physically and emotionally. By you sheltering him his entire life you are only hurting him.

The responsibility falls largely on the parents. Nearly every kid I see these days would whoop me in a game of Madden on play-station, but no kids I see these days go out and really play. Parents don't make them do shit! I mean these kids have become so dependant on video games that they came out with a Nintendo Wii so that kids could actually move their arms once in awhile, while still playing video games. Going out and climbing a rock has been replaced by eating ice cream. Playing football and baseball outside with your friends has been replaced by Madden and MLB on play-station and X-BOX. Where is the fun loving kids that used to use a grapefruit to play baseball. Or used a plastic ball to play tackle football as hard as they could, and loved it.

These kids are going to grow up and be the biggest whiners and wimps in the history of our country. The closest they get to fighting is talking smack on instant messaging, or killing someone else's pretend character on World of Warcraft. I mean seriously, the kids have created alternate people in a
