Cheap But Priceless:
A key to a great relationship is the little, sometimes tiny things that you can do. Being little things does that mean it cheapens the effect? No, it shows; you are willing to make the effort every day, doing little things to show your love.
How can little things be priceless? How can we afford to do these little things? How can little things that are cheap be priceless?
Sticky notes stuck all about the house often that say sweet words "I'm so glad you are in my life". Make a heart with ketchup on the dinner plate that your serving their fry's and burger. How about the roll of toilet paper, stick heart confetti within the next area to be unrolled, or write on it a love note (girl's this is great for the men). Before they take a shower, use some lotion and rub it into your hands and write a love note (on the mirror) that will be seen when they take a shower and see it through the condensation.
These things can make your love feel like a million bucks. So let's give you some more ideas. Your hunnys taking a trip, how would he love to find love notes tucked into the suitcase or his shaving bag. Or maybe when he gets home from work have the game already on the tv and his favorite snacks to tide him over until you make great game food. Remember when you were little and your mommy made your sack lunches? Well make your hubby one just like you remember, and on the brown paper lunch sack write a big hear with your names inside. A love note written on the paper napkin you put inside.
For those moms and dads with kids around with sidewalk chalk. Go in the front yard and draw with the chalk a picture or a love note or two hearts with "I love you Stephen". What is really cute is just text messaging them by cell phone in the middle of a hectic day to say you love and miss them. On warm summer nights set a blanket out on the lawn and gaze at the stars together, talking and maybe even name two stars in the night sky that are next to each other, both your names. If you are away on a trip or in another town late at night call your love and say to them "Go outside and look at the moon, I am looking at the very same moon from here with you".
It is even more simple to to just take time, stop what you are doing and using your hands while facing your partner, point to your EYE then draw a HEART on your chest then point to your lover ( I love You). I love to do this with my hunny, when holding hands I squeeze his three times, he knows this means (I Love You). So these are just some simple ways that don't cost much to show the one that means the most to you, just how much you love them.
