I've always wondered

What would happen

If I saw you again.

It's been so long now

Would we even be able

To recognize each other?

I look for you in places

That I think you might be

So many who could be you

So, if I never see you again,

I hope that you are well,

Happy and loved

Living the life you always wanted

Because you deserve it

And I will always wonder

If you ever think of me

And hope to see me again

One day, down the road

If we do ever meet again

I won't be afraid to say

What's been in my heart for

So long now.

I won't make that

Mistake again

Of hiding my feelings

I will take the chance

No matter

The circumstance

I will tell you that

I loved you then

And I'll always love you
