Know Your Worth

Give It Up Girlfriend!

We have all been victims of sitting home, waiting by the phone on a Saturday night. Performing telekinesis to our phone. Hoping the guy we went out on a few good dates with a few weeks ago can read your mind and dial your seven digits to let you know he is thinking of you. Yet when your phone does not ring, you periodically check your phone to make sure the battery is fully charged. And that the phone line has not been destroyed. Woo hoo! your phone finally rings, but it is a phone call from your best friend in the whole entire world; who you scream at for tying up your phone line, and hang up the phone with her immediately. Just in case this mystery man calls. Never mind the fact that you have call waiting. Whew! Your phone line is finally free again, now he is definitely going to call!

Give it up girlfriend! I know it feels nice to be wanted. Us women put on our best make up, our favorite perfume, do our hair in our favorite style to flatter our face. Put on our flatter-figuring clothes, just so a man can say "Damn baby you look so good." However when he says all those things and doesn't call you. It makes you feel bad. And let's face it, no one likes rejection. No matter what shape or form it comes in. You need to realize if a guy you hit it off with two weeks ago, still has not called you. I am sorry to inform you girly girl, but that is him saying loud and clear, "I AM NOT REALLY FEELING YOU!" So I suggest you stop performing magical powers to your phone and say Abra Cadabra! So his name and phone number can be disappear from your memory bank.

You are Beautiful

Why is it that us women sit at home on a great weekend or any other given night of the week, moping around filling ourselves up with fatty foods and watching sappy romantic movies? Wishing that hot actor on the big screen was our prince charming. When a guy is simply telling us " Sorry but you are not The One". When in fact he is probably out wooing "The One" or just having a simple guys night out with his buddies. One thing is for sure-he is definitely not thinking of you. I also know us females, are always trying to make excuses, saying maybe he is too busy, but I know he really likes me, just give him time to get unbusy and he will come around. I just know he will. Those are the hopes and aspirations we seem to have but trust me, I know you have heard this before. No man is ever too busy to talk to you or let you know what is going on in his life; even if you
