Will you remember me when I have gone away?
Will my face look familiar
from some far gone day?
Does it enter your mind
that life is full of change
although, evil and unkind

You stand by my side
There is life in front of us
What will be our guide?
We can almost touch it,
see, hear and taste it
You hold my hand,
almost an embrace
We move together
same expression on my face
'Do not leave me'
you hear me say
But we continue walking,
to face another day.
