The Bible is clearly the Word of God and not a work of the devil due to many facts. Its accuracy is one piece of evidence. Its moral advice is another piece of evidence. The truths found in the Bible point toward its divine inspiration. The willingness of writers to expose themselves and their shortcomings to readers is not what you would expect from a book written by those inspired by Satan. Even the nature of the devil is something you wouldn't expect to be admitted by the devil or made to appear evil which should be avoided.

If the devil had inspired the writing of the Bible, what we consider sin would not be condemned. It is natural for people to want sexual gratification. It is normal for people to desire what they can't have and to condemn this behavior is not what would be expected by a work authored by the devil. He would condemn those that attempt to control human behavior. He would praise those that live life by their own rules or justify what we consider as evil as normal behavior.

Since the devil is a created being, he doesn't know everything or have all the power of God. He can't create what is good and acceptable in the eyes of God. His miracles are counterfeits or deceptions meant to fool people. He would hav never had his downfall written about or his eternal destiny in the Lake of Fire written about. He would lie about his destiny and inspire writers to indicate that those who are truly free are those that live without restrictions. Since God expects a moral behavior that is often the opposite of human nature, the Bible has to be the Word of God.

The prophesies that have been fulfilled indicate that the Bible is the Word of God. The predictions made centuries before Jesus was born concerning him have been fulfilled. Even the words spoken by Christ on the cross were predicted by King David in Psalm 22. His entrance into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday, his rejection by his people, his death on the cross, and his resurrection and his life in general were fortold by prophets centuries before. A work of the devil wouldn't be so accurate.

Prophesies that are being fulfilled today indicate that the Bible has to be the Word of God since the devil would have never wanted what has and is happening to happen. Once Israel was conquered by the Romans, the existence of Israel as a powerful nation in the future wouldn't make sense. Nations that cease to exist tend to stay nonexistent. But ministers in England were preaching about Russia invading Israel around 300 years
