Variety leads to fitness success. Our body is a complex machine that encompasses distinct muscle clusters. Each one of those muscles requires a different type of physical activity. Doing the same type of physically activity every day will not give you the results you're looking for. What is effective for one muscle is not as effective for another. When we work on every muscle group, we are more toned and strong. We need to keep the spice in our lives. For many of us, this is what keeps us going.
One exercise routine does not fit everyone. This world is filled with people of different shapes and sizes. We each require a specific exercise routine to target our trouble areas. It is important to mix it up a little. It is kind of like an all-you-can- eat- buffet. You need some mixture. To have an effective workout, there must be a combination of routines. What works for one person, may not work for the other. Here are some great benefits to keeping workouts versatile.
LOSE WEIGHT IN EVERY AREA
When you have variety in your work outs, you will be able to target all muscle groups simultaneously. In 30 to 40 minutes a day you can work on your gluts, abs, oblique and legs. Do them 3 to 4 days a week. This way you will have an even workout and feel toned at the same time.
INCREASES YOUR MOOD
It is no secret that exercise enhances mood and concentration. Chemicals such as dopamine, adrenaline and serotine give you a natural high. After you complete your activity you will be ready to do anything.
YOU WILL KEEP COMING BACK
When something is enjoyable you continue doing it. This will make you do more exercise. The more you do the more weight you lose. It is important to keep an exercise routine fun, so you continue to do it. Remember, consistence is important. Longevity is the key to success.
WORK ON A DIFFERENT MUSCLE GROUPS
When you work on every muscle group, this will make each muscle group stronger than ever. This is a great benefit to targeting every part of your body. It is important to get an even amount of movement every day.
HEALTHIER FOR YOUR BODY
When you have a variety of exercise it will keep you body healthier. Your body is complex system of organs, muscles and bones. Each of one of those muscles needs to receive oxygen and nutrients to thrive. Oxygen will travel more effectively to your muscle groups. This will make your body work more efficiently.
YOU WILL FEEL GREAT
Did I forget to mention that you will feel great? You will feel like a new person when your entire body is revitalized. It will be like a breath of fresh air for your entire body.
BE STRONGER
Lastly, your body will be stronger overall. Making every muscle leaner increases your strength in that area.
Overall, getting in shape does not have to be a tedious process. It can be as fun as you make it. Variety always keeps things fun. In the long run, it will make your workout more successful. Try it.
