What Americans want in a presidential candidate

OK you asked what we want in a President and now I am gonna to tell you. The following will be my "dissertation" of sort of what a President of any country should be but most importantly this country called the United States of America. First and foremost anyone running for office of President of the US must be qualified. Let me ellaborate by what "qualified" means. He must know how to run something and have run something like a city or state government and he must have been successful! Secondly, anyone running for President of the US must be honest and be of a good reputation. Let me clarify what being "honest" is and what a good reputation is. He must have an almost "flawless" list of associates and people and dealings with people that has been impeccable and above "reproach". You say elaborate somemore, I digress and say once again anyone running for President of this country must have impeccable relationships with others they have been in business with in the past. Does he or she have to be perfect, yes pretty much I'd say.

Another fine quality in the president potential is he must be moral. Let me continue to clarify what I mean by "moral". Someone who is moral is someone who when no one else is looking behaves properly. Someone who is moral is someone who doesn't say "the end defeats the means". A moral minded person for office as President of the US is not a braggard, no need to brag if you can cut the mustard and your record has proven it, must not be a "ladies" man particularly, always looking for his next conquest, graffic but so true, how many presidents have been "ladies" men in the past and entertained women in the White House while on duty as President? We don't need that in the White House, that is not being moral.

Other qualities of a President of the US prospect would be "healthy" in body and mind. We need to screen proposed candidates for mental illness histories, for physical history ailments as we can't have a "sickly" person in the White House if it could mean he can't perform his/her duties. Of course, Franklin Roosevelt performed his duties remarkably while in a wheelchair, so there are exceptions for sure.

So, to summarize briefly, we want a qualified individual, an honest individual, we want a person with morality and someone with a sound mind and a healthy body. That all sounds like its too good to be possible or true but of course we are trying to draw a picture of our "ideal" Presidential candidate but of course we also have to remain
