Spider-Man 3: Will it live up to the hype?

I'm a big fan of the Spider- Man movies. While they do not follow the comic book stories to a tee, they are always fun and entertaining. Spider-Man 3 is about the battle between good and evil. I do not see how that can't live up to the hype. Spider-Man 3 has been very hyped since the spring, and many fans are expecting a great movie. The movie delivered in the box office and was even the number one movie. I am sure many Spider-Man fans had been looking forward to this movie since the second one was in theaters. In my opinion, the Spider Man movies keep getting better and better. Spiderman three has everything, romance, moral conflict, villains, and even new and improved suits.

I especially enjoyed the character of Mary Jane played by the lovely and talented Kirsten Dunst. She was a deep character with conflict and dilemma in her life that most people can relate to. She is struggling to make a career for herself and has relationship problems just like most people do. I was pleased by her performance, and found it to be far better than her performances in the previous two Spider- Man movies. The character of Mary Jane lived up to its hype indeed. As for Peter Parker, he has a deep inner struggle between good and evil. The plot of the symbiotic costume is not too realistic, but the angst and the turmoil of Toby Maguire's character is very realistic.

While Spider- Man enjoys having the extraordinary power of the costume, the costume is evil and makes him do bad things. In the end, Spider-Man decides to give up his black costume and to keep his inner soul intacked. I was less impressed by the performance of Spider-Man, but it must not be easy to play such a famous and extraordinary comic book character.

In the end Spider-Man is not able to kill the Sandman. Many fans were disappointed since the character did die in the comic, but this could result in the squeal. Perhaps Spider-Man will kill of the Sandman in the next sequel. Both Toby Mcquire and Kirsten Dunst have admitted that they are interested in doing another sequel. If there is going to be a fourth Spider-Man movie, it will most likely be more hyped than the 3rd installment and chances are that it will fail to live up to the hype. Has Spider-Man 3 live up to the hype? Indeed it has. However, you are not allowed to have an opinion if you have yet to see the movie for yourself. So what are you waiting for, go out there and rent it or buy it already!
