For the World-Peace-Advancement-Program(for the whole Human Civilization): The US-Multinational System would must, now, start, to Expand into the World(by Increasing the US-Citizenships, and, also, "by increasing the US-Land-Area by offering the US-Citizenships to any willing World-Workers")!
Be American, Buy American Build the American-World(led by the US-multinational System)

The USA is the Multinational Country in the World(and it is only one, of that kind in the World, so far).
If the World would be a place of the "Conflicting Singular National Countries(with the WMDs, based on the Jealousities, in-between)", then "the USA would be cracked & devided, into the pieces, from the Outsides". The USA-multinational-system would be cracked & disintegrated, "by the conflicting Singular Nations, from the outside of the USA". The USA-multinational System would be brittle & destroyed,(from the outside of the USA). World-Peace-Program would be failured. World-War(s) would be happened, to destroy this Human Civilization, (in a pre-matured-way).
This is not acceptable & expectable, if we are not like the Destructive Conflicting mean Animals.
The USA is the first Multinational System(with a responssibility, to make or, to convert the World into a Multinational System). The US-Constitutional-Policy gets Oxygen, here, to make it Healthier, Stronger, Advancing(into the rest of the World).
We need the World as One Multination(without an Enemey, against us). No WMD.
This would be possible when, the USA-multinational System would encapsulate the whole World(to convert "the whole World, into One World-Multination System,under the One World-Administration").
The USA-Multinational System need now to Expand & Advance, ( by increasing the US-Citizenship-counts, in the World).
The USA would assign the US-Citizenships, to the maximum-possible World-citizens.
If the whole World-population, would have the US-Citizenship,"then, only, the USA-Administration, would be World-Administration(without keeping a Single Enemey, on any One)".
This is the Future of the World, that "the US-Citizenships would be offered to any Willing World-Citizens('being born at any place of the World)"!
Presently, the whole World's Population(which is more than 6-Billions and more), have only "340Millions, around, as the US-Citizenships".
We need "the 6-Bilions and more peoples, as with the US-Citizenships",(and "no one without the US-Citizenships, in the World"), to make "the World as a Homogeneous Multination,
