The Bible says that God is good. He is not responsible for the bad. If bad things happen to you, that was not God's fault. It was the person who did it to you and went against God's wishes. You were chosen to be the recipient of what that person did to you because you are strong and know that what that person did was wrong. You were also chosen because you will go to any lengths to have this person put behind bars so that he can never do that to another person. That is how I see it because I have to lean toward God. He has helped me faithfully (through people here on earth).
If a person commits murder, God will see that that person is apprehended by law enforcement agents. Maybe, not that very day or the day after (it could be years or centuries) but, eventually, that person is ID'd. And don't you know the murderer is skittish for the rest of his life?
As for robbing someone because your family is hungry, people wouldn't have to go to those lengths if they knew of the food pantries, etc. that give food away. The people who volunteer their services at these places, are good, Godly people. They are caring and would not let anyone starve. Robbing would only put the thief in jail and for whatever purpose he felt the urge to rob would have only caused more problems.
There is a solution for everything. The children who do pot are not responsible for this action. It is the drug cartel whose members are so mean and money hungry they don't care about a human life. The dealers in our own country would be put out of business if the narcs could find a way to get to the root of the problem. However, the plant was put on earth for a reason and I suppose if no one had ever sampled it and got the munchies, doctors wouldn't have known that marijuana was good for cancer patients who could not eat.
None of us are exempt of troubles. We all have them and as it is said, "you have to take the good with the bad." I just don't believe God is responsible for the bad. He is responsible for helping you out of the situation that you are in. If it is not how you wanted it to be, then He will help you accept what is good for you in His time.
If you were the only person on earth, you wouldn't have any troubles because there would be no one to cause you any. I have often heard that you create your own problems and maybe you do and maybe you don't. In that case, though, if you have created a problem for yourself, someone forewarned you but, you wouldn't listen and went ahead and did it, anyway. Nine times out of ten, that very person went through the same thing and knew what the outcome would be. I am guilty of this, myself.
I am sixty years older than my grandson and I must say, he thinks I am the cat's meow. lol Out of all the people in my family, he is the one I would listen to. He is intelligent and if we are out walking, he will tell me, "grandma, we don't want to go that way. There are some bad people down there." He'll take my hand and guide me away from it. However, will he listen to me? Sometimes. He thinks he is my protector. He is. God sent.
I just believe that God helps us out of bad situations that we or someone else got us into. He is not responsible for bad.
