Forgetting to forgive.
You have forgotten me.
All the pain,
The sorrow,
The aches of heart
You suppressed unto me.
When I needed your love most,
You walked away in haste
As the eyes of the world shut.
My voice muted.
You turn to me,
Without hesitation,
Seeking my words, my help.
Should I turn?
Should I run from your pain?
Should I smite you in anguish,
In your grief?
For a war?
But what does war bring
But death and depression?
I shall not hide.
I shall not bring that
Kiss of death unto you.
I shall forgive.
But only time will forget.

Too give unto someone

When my obsession
Is that of hate
