Most people in this day and age accept that their life style doesn't include enough exercise to maintain as healthy a body as they'd like; yet most of us are not at all lazy, instead we are desperately busy, trying to fit far too much into each day. Hence although we acknowledge the need to set time aside for specific physical activity, or sport, it seldom happens. The answer to the problem is to simply make one's normal everyday activities into one's 'work-out' by purchasing some weighted cuffs. These are widely available and come in several weights and sizes. They are simple to use, just wrapped around either the wrists or ankle and are held firmly in place by Velcro. That is all you have to do. Throughout your day every movement you make will now be exercising your muscles. at first you may feel a little weighted down but soon you will get so used to it that you won't even notice that you have them on. For those of us who spend far too long sitting down at the computer, get ankle cuffs of a reasonable weight in keeping with your stature and strength, then place a foot stool or box on the floor under the desk between the feet. Now put the feet up on the stool, first one, then the other. Then repeat in reverse putting them down. Keep repeating this exercise all day. Also wearing wrist cuffs mean that every time we type the key board we exercise our arms, and if we periodically stretch, as most of us frequently do, with arms up above our heads then opening out to the sides, we have a complete muscle toning routine.

If desired this can be further advanced, again very simply, by using the stairs more frequently, or instead of the lift. The after a few weeks of getting accustomed to the extra weight and activity the stairs can be tackled at double pace, or in the case of those who are tall and long of leg, try adding extra leg extension by taking the steps two at a time. Another easy addition to this now healthier regime is to drink water instead of, or as well as your usual daily tea and coffee. You will probably find that with a few extra pints of water in your diet you will need the loo an extra time, and not only will the exercise do you good but the fluid will clear toxins away enhancing weight loss, and healthy skin.

All this is possible for the meager expense of the weighted cuffs and no more effort on your part than to remember to put them on each morning, it couldn't be simpler.
