You,
Your calloused remarks,
Ignoring my needs,
Not caring how I feel.
Your servant of desire,
What you want is my command.
Grit my teeth,
Wait on you.
Do what you want,
Never good enough.
You are my husband,
You have changed.
We had a fairy tale romance,
Four short years changes alot.
I do my wifely duties,
never held or cuddled,
Kiss are no more then pecks on the lips,
Intimacy is only when you want it.
Where did you go?
What changed you?
How do I get you back?
I need you.

The Whirlwind
The wind blows cold against my back ,
then burns against my face.
I feel it's pushing and pulling me around,
never
I want unbelieveable happiness,
Permanent sunshine, clear blue skies
Garnished ever so lovely by clouds
Distinctly poised
Sunrise you brighten my days, you lengthen my happiness.
Sunrise you fill me with a love and joy
that I never want to end.
What do I want?
I want to be kind
when it's easier to be mean,
I want to be enthusiastic
when I don't feel keen.
I want to be
by C.D. Pomfret
Fading Fast....
All I want to do is drink
Then complain about the wrath
I enjoy the time I spend while drunk
But dread the pains
