Quick, effective workouts

You can incorporate simple, fast, and even fun workouts into your demanding schedule, everyday. It's easy. You won't even have to take any more time out of your day to squeeze in a really fast workout either. You can do this at work, at home, while shopping, in the car, waiting in line at the checkout and just about anywhere.

Here's what you can do to squeeze workouts into your super busy day:

Weather permitting, park your vehicle as far from the store as possible, and walk from the back row. However, don't try this at night, girls, because I don't want anyone getting hurt. This way you can take a few minutes to walk to the store, and you get some much needed de-stressing time, as well as some excellent exercise.

While in the store, or the shopping mall, go for a walk around the entire perimeter of the store. At the mall try walking the length of the entire mall, unless of course it is the world's biggest mall! While pushing a loaded cart of groceries around, push the cart while walking around the entire store. You will fit in a really good workout this way that tones up your butt, your legs, those arms and your back.

How else can you fit in workouts in your packed schedule called everyday life? Work out in the car. While waiting in the car for the kids to get out of school, or while stuck in a major traffic jam, try these exercises;

The Butt Toner-Squeeze your butt cheeks and hold for a count of ten. Repeat at least nine times. For longer traffic jams and red lights do more repetitions.

The Ab Reducer-Suck in your stomach, until your belly button reaches the back of your slacks. This is what the experts say to do, and only one of the Olsen twins can accomplish this goal. Hold for a count of ten, and slowly let the air out and your stomach back to normal size. Repeat for nine times, or until the light turns green.

Do your kegel exercises while stuck in traffic, or washing the dishes or in a stationary position that requires daydreaming.

Carry small weights in the car, just by placing them in glove compartment or even the storage box between the seats. Get fit while waiting for the kids activities to end. Do as many repetitions as possible by lifting your arms up and down from your legs, up to your chest.

While at home or at work, take the stairs. Wear your sneakers to run up and down the stairs to go to lunch or run errands. You will work in a great aerobic workout by running up your work stairs after lunch, thus burning off some calories. It will also be a great way
