Surrender of Devotion
I soar from myself, wrapped up in you
And vying for the freedom to be heard.
Hysteria and something unknown,
I want to laugh, I need to weep.
Screaming to be heard, I barely reach your ears.
Follow the sound of my projected voice and
Feed upon the love I give to you.
I'll hold you in my heart, my soul, and never force you away.
Devotion ignored for too long, and I fall to catch my breath.
In your eyes I see the sun, and I know
You burn away my fear,
Nourish my strength and make me invincible.
Like from the sun, I shied away from your touch for so long.
Now, I surrender my heart, my body, my love to you
To warm with your energy of light, of dark, of everything.
Take me and know my best once more.

Two nightshades off of a plumb,
A couple of bubbles on the square.
Falling in love is a bit like that.
No room for anything
