In 1963, she stars in this comic thriller with Cary Grant in Charade as a wife whose husband who has been murdered and is part of a tricky scheme. 1967 will be the year that Audrey ends her marriage to Ferrer and would re-marry again two years later. On January 18 1969, Audrey marries Italian psychiatrist and neurologist Andrea Dotti and then a year later gives birth to Luca Dotti on February 8, 1970. In 1975, Audrey would star opposite Sean Connery in Robin and Mariam. In 1980, Hepburn divorces husband Dotti and visits Dublin to care for her ill father who died three days after her arrival. The she goes to Switzerland to care for her invalid mother, who four years later died in 1984. Hepburn starred in Love Among Thieves, starring Richard Wagner. This would be her last starring role. As Hepburn grew older she became a tireless crusader for the rights of children. She devoted the last years of her life to UNICEF working in poverished war-torn countries. "As you get older, remember you have another hand: the first is to help yourself, the second is to help others" said Hepburn.
In the 1980's, UNICEF appoints Hepburn as their Goodwill Ambassador where she got to travel all over the world making appearances and a television appearance in the fundraising TV program Danny Kaye International Children's Special. In the 1990's, Hepburn suffered from abdominal pain and had to undergo surgery for appendix cancer. Then received a Medal of Freedom for her UNICEF work and listed among People Magazine's 50 Most Beautiful People. "For me, the only things of interest are those linked to the heart' said Hepburn. On January 20, 1993, Hepburn dies in her sleep and is buried in the cemetery at Tolochenazsur, Morges of Switzerland. The Audrey Hepburn's Children's Fund continues to provide support to needy children worldwide and is run by her children. In 2000, Jennifer Love Hewitt portrays Audrey Hepburn in the TV movie The Audrey Hepburn Story. She left an imprint on the world both on and off screen.
