Poetry: In this life

by Ennette Aitken

LIFE

Life isn't how we survive the strom
but how we dance in the rain

Life isn't always happy
when sadness comes our way

Life isn't always bright
when darkness comes a calling

Life isn't always rich
when pockets have a hole in

Life is there to be lived
so take a chance on life

Make the most of what you do
we only get, One Life
