Is Old Age An Exclamation Of Life !
Why do we have to grow old, when only a few moments, not long ago we had to behave and were always being told that we had to live for the day pro-quo.
We were young and foolish, some never knowing right from wrong and the pranks of ghoulish were sometimes tedious and long.
As each new day dawned and fresh lines appear to pronounce age, we think of our memories and turn over a new page. This page is our own history and are moments to record.
Your bones creak and ache, your hair turns white, hips are fragile and break, and you lose your sight.
No laughing matter, when you're getting old and fatter and you diet when told.
You go deaf or hard of hearing,.What ! Blood pressure and Cholesterol rises and you go to pot.
You're exercising to make a new start and wham! There goes your heart, everything wears out, that's old age, there's no point in having a rage.
It will make matters far worse, when you're treated by a nurse every day and every night, it might be wrong or right, the pills you are taking and there's no more aching, no more life, no easy way out, but to die.
But then a new life begins on contrasting planes. You suffer no aches, pains or strains.
discarding your mortal coils of birth. For there is more to heaven, than there is on earth !

your bones protest a bit too
