Sure, Karma could be considered the phrase "What goes around comes around" How do we understand Karma as a whole? How to define Karma? The world could be considered in a karma state, because we are spinning repeatedly through history over and over again. Possibly, this time around we will clear and release the karma, not only from the world, but from our own beings. Because we are connected and interconnected at all levels, as spiritual being- in mind, body and soul. We are all feeling the affects of karma, right now, as I write.
Karma, learning from past experience and from past lives through the laws of humanity, or the laws of karma and understanding that to continue to be in a duality of separation and illusion can only lead to pain and suffering. The times are now, to live in the present moment, and feel the emotions that we as individuals are experiencing, and as a collective group are experiencing as a nation, and in the world. To repress and deny our feelings and emotions of our body and mind, and what is occurring right now, is to deny our responsibility to divine spirit, to God. Our awareness is crucial right now. The more we observe and ask questions and seek answers then we will release karma from this life time and from history.
The way you can help release karma in your life is to feel when you are sad, angry, joy, resentful, guilt, shame. Feel all these emotions, and ask yourself how these emotions are making you feel in your body and your mind. At times, you will be overwhelmed with emotions, this is the time to cry, sit quietly, take a walk, talk to someone close to you and just be. This is not always as easy said than done, however with practice, it will become more easier.
Hear your thoughts, and what they say to you, because our thoughts are reasons for us experiencing pain. We can repeat the same thoughts over and over in our mind, and the same pain will surface. The more you are aware of these thoughts, and feel where it is coming from in the body, then you will begin to feel an abundance of joy. Once you release the painful memories from your thoughts, mind and body that are connected to your soul or cellular memory, you will feel a revelation, free will and bliss.
When you don't feel the memory associated with the karma, you store it in the body and mind and when you come back in many life times, you will have it in your cellular memories. So, right now, you not only have karma here from your childhood but also from other life times stored in your soul through cellular memory. To release the karma is to face it head on, to know when your thoughts are negative, and when you are feeling painful emotions in your mind and body. Your awareness, your accountability and letting go is crucial to your own healing right now.
Seeking out like minded individuals across the nation can assist in healing our planet and our awareness. There are many groups on-line that can assist with your own spiritual journey, and you can share with people that feel as you do and want to speak out about things that are going on that we couldn't otherwise speak about before.
