When October 31st comes, Jane was terrified. She believed in ghosts and she always have. When October 30th came, she hid in her attic. She took some food and water up to the attic and locked the door. She always thought a crowded place was safe. The next day she opened her eyes, she realized something was wierd. Jane stood up and looked around her. All she saw was her attic... That became a maze.
Jane was scared. She tried to run backwards. But, she tripped over a skull that was talking at her, "Hey! Would you mind not stepping on my head?" Jane screamed and ran inside to the maze. Now, there was no way that Jane was going back downstairs. Everything seemed so strange. Jane saw a cup on a table. On the cup, there was a small note saying 'Drink this is you are thirsty. Hope you don't mind BROWN water.'. She looked inside the cup. Some brown liquid was inside the cup. She gave up the hope that she was going to get out.
Jane's brain began to work. She found a tool that her dad used to cut woods and fix his house. Jane picked up the tool. She began to smack the ground with it. A cracking noise. She made a hole under her. She peeked inside. It was her room. She smacked it more. There was a hole big as her. She jumped inside the hole. She landed on her bed and realized that she forgot her doll. She climbed back on the hole and went all the way back to the attic. Now she was completely lost. She began to walk to the left where the hole was. But instead, she saw her doll... Crawling towards her.
Jane wanted to cry. She was too scared to go near it. She slowly walked back, but it was a dead end. Jane cried for help but, no one was there to help her. Jane decided to be brave. Even though the doll was with her for eight years, she decided to cut it. She picked up the tool and smacked the doll. The doll stopped moving. It fell down like it never moved before. Jane decided to go back to the hole again. She jumped back on to her bed. She opened the door and she was surprised. There was a maze made out of attic. She turned back... But..... The hole was gone. What was Jane going to do now? Jane decided to cry for help. Still, no one helped her. She was tired so she slept on her bed. The next day she woke up, she was in her attic. This was the best thing she heard in her life,
"Come down and eat your breakfast Jane!"
Jane smiled, "HA, I am not afraid of ghosts! The ghosts are afraid of ME!"
But, the attic was a maze.
